Prior to co-founding scitrain, Chad had been a member of corporate America for over 20 years and had served in executive leadership roles in diverse industries including global fortune 200 companies.

Over the course of his career, Chad has successfully designed, implemented, and facilitated on a plethora of topics including leadership development, change management, succession planning, talent acquisition, performance systems, and building high-performance teams.

As an Executive Coach, Chad works with global C-level and other executive level leaders. Through coaching, Chad helps leaders connect holistically with their professional and personal goals, and uncover the path to navigating complex roles successfully.

Emily has over 15 years in the discipline of Organization Development, specializing in executive leadership development and change management.

From building programs that generate a pipeline of talent to coaching her own teams, one of Emily’s greatest joys is building skill and confidence in leaders by helping them to develop their unique gifts and grow into the leaders they aspire to be on a daily basis.

Through a variety of diverse roles and experiences within Human Resources and the business operations at Westfield Insurance and scitrain, ltd., Emily has successfully led and executed multiple enterprise-wide change efforts, designed and implemented leadership development programs as well as provided coaching, feedback, teambuilding and interpersonal skills strengthening for employees at all levels.

Emily received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management at Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio and her MBA with an emphasis in Strategic Marketing from the University of Akron.

Emily is certified in the Centacs Big Five, Prosci Change Management, Korn / Ferry (Lominger) Leadership Architect suite and a certified facilitator of The Leadership Challenge workshop.

Mili Banerjee has over 16 years of experience in the areas of leadership assessment and development, training, organizational communication, and business writing. As an Executive Consultant and Coach, Mili has worked with clients from across the globe and in many different industries to understand their leadership and talent needs and devise impactful solutions.

In designing tailored solutions for specific challenges, she is sensitive to the need for alignment between the business and people strategy, while ensuring that the organization’s positive cultural elements are celebrated. Mili has extensive experience in designing and facilitating Executive Level development and assessment experiences for organizations of all sizes including Fortune 10 companies.

She is also an experienced facilitator and trainer who has addressed a broad range of topics. Mili focuses on fostering a conducive learning environment that creates meaningful learning experiences for leaders; this forms the foundation for targeted development of their competencies, skills and abilities.

As a coach, she aims at creating deep insights that form the catalyst for behavioral changes. Mili’s leadership research includes the intercultural study of the use of power based on the Grid® leadership styles. She is the co-author of Aggressive Communication and Conflict in Small Groups in Arguments, Aggression and Conflict.

Mili has an MBA in marketing, followed by a Masters in Organizational and Leadership Communication. She is also a certified Hogan coach.

Witnessing the partnership between technology and Innovation to move companies forward is something that has always inspired her. This passion allows her to search for new methods to solve the complex problems facing companies today.

Steph has worked in various roles in technology and innovation throughout her career. Her experience ranges from instilling the passion for technology into elementary level students to helping develop innovative solutions that now impact executives around the world.
